By booking, you agree to a 48-hour cancellation policy, a maximum of 2 reschedules per appointment, and applicable fees for late changes or no-shows. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled freely with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. ⸻ Full Booking Policy At SD Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: * Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times. A 3rd reschedule will result in the appointment being canceled to accommodate other clients. * Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled freely before 48 hours. * Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, regardless of reason. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. * A $15 rebooking fee applies to late cancellations or reschedules. Menstrual cycles are a normal part of life, and services can still be performed during this time. Last-minute cancellations or reschedules due to your period are not exempt from cancellation fees. ⸻ Arrival Policy * Waxing services allow a 5-minute grace period; facials allow 10 minutes. * Arriving beyond this window may result in cancellation and applicable fees. ⸻ Deposits & Payments * All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within policy guidelines. * Physical gift certificates must be presented at checkout or another form of payment will be required. ⸻ Studio Guidelines * No extra guests unless pre-approved. Children are welcome. * Male clients must be referred and accompanied by a female client. * Multiple policy violations may require prepayment for future appointments. ⸻ Packages All packages are paid in full, non-refundable, and expire six (6) months from purchase. Packages cannot be combined with promotions and must be used as listed. Missed or late-canceled appointments will result in a session being deducted. ⸻ Final Note These policies are in place to respect my time, protect my schedule, and provide a consistent experience for every client.
